UltraGyp™ 30 Tooling Gypsum Cement is designed for patternmaking and precision tooling applications where accuracy, surface hardness and dimensional stability are essential. Its low-expansion characteristics, gradual set and extended working time help users produce accurate molds, models and tooling components with consistent results.
UltraGyp™ 30 is well suited for splash-casting molds and models used with phenolic, polyester and epoxy resins, as well as other applications requiring a durable gypsum tooling medium. The material is easy to mix, pour and work with when used according to R&R’s recommended instructions.
